HEALTHY ACTIVE LEARNING ADVISOR
Want to make a positive difference to the tamariki in primary and intermediate schools in Tāmaki Makaurau?
We are looking to recruit for a hybrid Healthy Active Learning Advisor who will work directly with selected primary and intermediate schools within Central Auckland. This role is critical to Healthy Active Learning, an initiative between Sport New Zealand and the Ministries of Health and Education to improve child and youth wellbeing through healthy eating and quality physical activity.
This role will work with Boards of Trustees, principals, senior leaders and teachers of primary and intermediate schools to provide advice and customised support, as well as making key community connections for the benefit of tamariki. This will enable schools to strategise, plan and develop systems that contribute to the development of an active and healthy school culture and quality opportunities for tamariki within their community.
