YOUTH SPORT LEAD

We have an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about positively influencing and changing behaviours of all those who play a critical role in enabling our young people 5 -18 years (tamariki and rangatahi) to have positive experiences in sport. 

Are you a people person with strong listening, advocacy and influencing skills? Are you confident and comfortable to present and interact with sports leaders, coaches, parents, caregivers, teachers, sports administrators and school sports leaders? Do you possess a “can-do” attitude coupled with strong planning, prioritising and problem-solving skills? Do you see yourself as a servant leader? comfortable to be out and about working within and alongside our community to lead and implement systems that support the development and growth of community coaches in Central Auckland? Someone who can work both autonomously and in a team environment?
